Production time: We add your order to our production list and production time
is approx. 15 days. So after 15 days, your orders will be ready to ship.

Since our products are personalized. We cannot accept return or exchange. But
if you are not satisfied with the product or if there is something wrong with
the product you buy we are always ready to solve the problem.
