Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Modifications cannot be made to orders once production has started.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If we have questions about the information you have left in the notes to
seller section, we will email you to clarify. If we do not hear back within 72
hours we will proceed with the order based on the information you left in the
notes to seller section. If a color preference (when applicable) is not left in
notes to seller section, it will be assumed you want the same colors depicted
in the listing picture.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are given if item is returned with 14 days of purchase. Personalized
items are non-refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping
is the responsibility of the buyer.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless we have made an
error in personalization. If an Item is damaged in transit, has a manufacturing
defect, or is missing from the shipment you must contact us with pictures
within 7 days so we can rectify the situation.

Garments that have been worn are not returnable.

Color: We have taken every measure to ensure that colors depicted are as
accurate as possible. Sometimes with computer generated proofs and flash
photography colors vary from time to time. We do not refund based on color
variance.
